Referred to as a paradise in the midst of The Mother City, there is no need for
convincing when it comes to reasons to visit Green Point Park.

1. Guided Kayak Tour - For around R500 you can embark on an Atlantic Ocean
adventure, taking in the tranquil beauty of Table Mountain, and experience
the spectacle of dolphins, seals, sunfish, and occasionally whales swimming
around you.


2. E-Bike Self Tours - What better way to explore than riding around on an
E-Bike, or a more pocket-friendly bicycle? Get your vellies on and head over to Up Cycles where you can rent the bike of your choice. Prices vary and are
charged at an hourly rate according to which bike option you choose.


3. Cape Town Helicopter Tour - That’s right, view the magnificent Mother City
from the sky! Prices depend on which company you choose for the tour but
regardless of that, this is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of tour, offering 360-degree
views of one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

5. Green Point Lighthouse 



Often referred to as Mouille Point Lighthouse, the square-shaped lighthouse in Green Point is the oldest lighthouse in South Africa and was first lit in 1824. It was initially painted black and yellow but underwent some changes in 1956, and  was then painted with the bright ruby red and white stripes we see today, giving it that candy cane-like appearance everyone knows and loves.

This iconic structure is open to the public for a small entrance fee, and believe it or not, you may even be able to book out the cottage for a unique, one-of-a-kind stay with family and friends or even say “I do” to your special someone in the nautical lightship!
