The website needs to make it clear which plakkies are men’s sizes so that everyone can select the correct size. At least they were happy to exchange it for different plakkies (the ladies ones). It’s unfortunate that the return/customer service reps clearly do not communicate with the courier because I told them I could only do the exchange on a specific date (once back from vacation) and the courier still showed up 2 other times before that date and called me to see if I was home.

I enjoy the fresh, 'New shoe' smell that fills my room. I only had them on once and I nocited me feet also like them because the soles of my feet felt different, a good different. It has something to do with the surface of the Plakkie. It almost massages my feet. As soon as the weather clears up here in Cape Town, I am going to take them to the beach. It will be there first trip to the beach and I am looking forward to the beach experience with them.
