Love the sandal but...

The sandal was a tight fit the first time wearing it then very comfortable by the second wear but after three months the back strap has stretched and is loose fitting. Disappointed. Please work on improving the sandal.

Very comfortable

Inefficient - Unable to walk in these shoes

I wore the shoes for a total of two weeks. The back strap was nice and tight at the start - almost too tight. After two weeks it eased and my feet started falling out of the shoe as I walked. With a redundant back strap, the shoe provides no support for your feet to stay within the shoe. It slips off as you walk. This is not a cheap sho and is supposed to be a robust solution for at least 2 years. I am very disappointed in my bad purchase.

I am enjoying my shoes so so much. They are durable, they are the best quality and most important, they are comfrey! I highly recommend them.

My complaint is the same as Jane P. On initial purchase of my size, It was very tight, I therefore returned it for a size up and now they are too floppy.

Change your courier!!!

I think your shoes are amazing but your courier sucks. My shoes took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. Trying to get hold of your customer service is also not practical. It takes too long and is too much effort. Given my experience, I’d still buy your shoes, but through another store like Cape Union Mart because they offer a better delivery service.

Shoe for looks and not comfort

Flat and hard - very uncomfortable. Caused plantar fasciitis.
